Respiration Monitor NIHR Grant Success.

Congratulations to Dr Reza Saatchi who is part of a collaboration that has been awarded a £180,000  National Institute for Health Research grant to develop a prototype non-contact respiration rate monitoring device.  The other partners are from the Sheffield Childrens Hospital and the Universities of Sheffield and Leeds.  At Sheffield Hallam University, Reza and colleagues will undertake the bulk of the engineering research & development of the device.
